Jari has been working as a psychologist specializing in organizational and team development for over 20 years. For the first 10 years, Jari worked in a variety of workplace and leadership development settings, coaching individual leaders, teams, and larger organisational development projects. Especially the culture, values and ethical themes of organisations were inspiring topics, which Jari delved into by completing the international GRC certification and writing the book "Ethical Leadership" with Erika Heiskanen.
In 2010, Jari's expertise found a new area of application. This was the start of planning Finland's first alliance model construction project. Jari was invited to help develop a process for assessing and developing the collaboration competence of the parties involved in a new type of collaborative project.
Jari has been very much on this path ever since. Over the last 12 years, Jari has been involved in more than 100 collaborative projects, in the procurement, development and implementation phases.
