Carola has spent her long career working internationally, and her interest in human growth and development has guided her from leadership roles to the field of leadership development.
Working in large organizations has also provided Carola with expertise in organizational development, especially in creating a coaching culture. Since 2019, Carola has been working as an entrepreneur and has operated across various industries, in both the public and private sectors as well as the third sector.
Carola has been on her coaching path since 2012 and is an internationally certified professional coach, who also works as a mentor coach and coaching supervisor. In addition, Carola has trained coaching skills for new coaches preparing for certification.
